Terms and Conditions:

1. Any Order having pending or incorrect address, phone number or any delivery details will be put on Hold and will not be proceed until Customer provide complete details.
2. You Think We Wrap does not book order with Anonymous details of Sender/receiver however we do offer deliveries without mentioning Sender name to receiver if mentioned on Order form instructions.
3. In case of any harassment or any such issues, we have the right to disclose Sender Name to Receivers.
4. Gift stuffing, flowers, wrappings may vary slightly in term of designing, due to availability of stock.
5. Message given by Sender for Greeting cards will be written exactly same to same.
6. Our regular Delivery time starts from 12 pm to 12 am. However we do Offer time specified deliveries. Extra charges apply.
7. If the product received is rotten or damaged, you need to take picture and inbox us on our Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/youthinkwewrap) along with Order Details. Else we will not be able to take action.
8. We use Original Pictures of everything, however due to unavailability of any product/colour/design, We have complete right to change it with any other product/colour. Rest assured it will be equal as quality and quantity. For example Colour of Flowers.
9. Orders with less then 48 hours cannot be refunded/replaced/changed.
10. We offer time specific delivers however delivery can be delayed due to uncertain conditions like law and order situation, Weather Conditions or any such issues.
11. We never call receiver unless we are at door, However if any issue arises during delivery we make calls to Senders and if not picked by Senders, we may call the Receiver.
12. Order payments need to be cleared with at least 3 days before Order delivery. For urgent orders, it needs to be completed within Same day before delivery when Order is placed.
